Dropshipping Shop Manager

We’re looking for a Person who has much knowledge in Europe Dropshipping Brands and want to make them our CEO + COO of one our individual Dropshipping e-commerce brands (You need to prove that you have knowledge)

This is a high-impact role requiring leadership, operational expertise, and strategic vision to drive growth and streamline operations.

Responsibilities:

Team Management:
Oversee and manage the team to ensure efficient workflows and alignment with brand goals.
Create plans for example with our team ( we have media buyer, email marketer + supplychain) and talk with them
Assign tasks to our worker and track progress

Supplier Communication:
Handle supplier relationships, ensuring seamless communication about stock, shipping, and quality.

Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement next steps for the brand’s growth, including marketing strategies, product launches, and operational improvements.

Creative Innovation:
Brainstorm and execute creative ideas for campaigns, advertisements, and product offerings.
Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging visuals and messaging.

Influencer Collaboration:
Research and reach out to influencers who are best fit for our brands.


Operational Oversight:
Ensure smooth execution of daily operations, from order fulfillment to customer support.
Plan everything.

What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in e-commerce or dropshipping management.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and suppliers effectively.
Creativity and marketing expertise
Analytical mindset to track performance and refine strategies.
Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
