JOB OVERVIEW

As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies for our finance agency clients and e-commerce business. Your role will be to optimize websites, enhance search visibility, and improve conversion rates.

For Finance/Accounting (Lead Generation SEO)
Conduct SEO audits and implement on-page & technical SEO fixes for finance/accounting websites.
Optimize content for financial services, mortgage, and accounting-related keywords.
Build local SEO strategies to help financial firms rank for location-based searches.
Implement schema markup, improve E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authority, Trustworthiness) signals, and optimize for Google Business Profiles.
Develop and execute link-building strategies focused on finance-related domains and directories.
Track organic leads and conversions, and optimize the SEO funnel for inbound leads.

For E-commerce (Revenue-Driven SEO)
Perform keyword research to identify high-intent product keywords and optimize e-commerce product pages.
Implement SEO strategies for Shopify/WooCommerce to drive traffic and increase sales.
Optimize category pages, product descriptions, and metadata for higher rankings.
Improve internal linking structure and crawlability for better indexing.
Implement structured data for rich snippets (reviews, pricing, FAQs).
Develop content marketing strategies around product education, use cases, and industry trends.
Monitor and optimize for Core Web Vitals to improve user experience and page speed.
Stay updated on Google’s algorithm changes and adapt strategies accordingly.

3+ years of SEO experience, preferably in finance/accounting lead gen & e-commerce SEO.
Proven track record of ranking finance-related keywords and improving local SEO for service-based businesses.
Experience optimizing Shopify, WooCommerce, or other e-commerce platforms.
Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, SurferSEO, Google Search Console, Google Analytics).
Ability to perform technical SEO audits and implement fixes (site speed, indexing, redirects, etc.).
Knowledge of content marketing strategies and working with writers to create SEO-friendly articles.
Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and improving SEO-driven revenue.
Familiarity with Google’s E-E-A-T guidelines and SEO for YMYL (Your Money, Your Life) industries is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and ability to report on organic growth, keyword rankings, and revenue impact.
