Real Estate Wholesale Lead Finder/Cold Caller/Acquisition

I am a Real Estate Wholesaler who is looking for a Virtual Assistant. Their job would consist of:
- Finding distressed & foreclosed properties
- Compare similar properties that have recently been sold
- Finding the After Repair Value
- Cold Calling
- Getting a property under contract
Then your job is done. I will take over and look for buyers. Once the contract has been sold, you will receive a commission. I am looking for virtual assistants who have experience in this field. If you have experience you will be strongly considered. I am looking to build a long term business relationship. I will do my best to help when needed.
