Business idea, strategy and execution

I am looking for someone to work with me to come up with an idea to create a online, scalable remote business. I would then like this person to help me execute the idea, including hiring other resources and making sales.

About me:
- Located in Australia.
- Software engineer by trade, but currently an engineering manager.
- Strong technical background having worked in fintech and consulted with Accenture.
- Lots of experience with financial markets.
- INFJ personality type.
