Part-time Operations Manager

A well-established company providing online education and solutions for algorithmic traders is looking for a part-time operations manager/business manager (approx. 2-3 hours daily) to oversee the day-to-day operations of the business. There is the potential for future long-term collaboration and expansion of weekly work hours for the right person. Starting ASAP.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Previous experience in operations management (this is a MUST!!!! if you do not have this experience, please do not apply)
- Exceptional communication skills
- Fluent in English (level C2)
- Experience with coordinating and overseeing people and processes
- Able to think, analyse and consider the broader context to develop practical solutions to problems
- Ability to address and resolve team and individual performance issues, including unsatisfactory performance, in a timely and effective way
- Organized, reliable and a great eye for detail
- Experienced with PC office applications (Microsoft, Google)

- Any previous job experience in the area of stocks, futures, forex, or crypto trading is an advantage but is not essential as we can train you
