Listing Specialist - Short-Term Rentals

About Us: We are a fast-growing short-term rental management company committed to providing exceptional stays for guests worldwide. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Listing Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on creating and managing property listings across multiple platforms, including Expedia, Booking.com, Airbnb, and more. If you’re passionate about short-term rentals and have experience in listing optimization, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
- Create, manage, and optimize property listings on multiple platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and Expedia
- Ensure listings are always up-to-date with current pricing, availability, and promotional offers
- Optimize listing content including titles, descriptions, photos, and amenities to maximize visibility and bookings
- Use data and insights to improve listing performance and enhance guest appeal
- Manage booking inquiries, reservations, and guest communication across multiple platforms
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless coordination of bookings, guest services, and property updates
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to listings and platform performance
- Stay current with platform updates, changes in algorithms, and listing best practices

Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing listings on major short-term rental platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, and Expedia
- Strong knowledge of listing optimization techniques and platform-specific requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and listings simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with PriceLabs or other dynamic pricing and revenue management tools
- Familiarity with property management software (e.g., Beds24)
- Knowledge of SEO and market analytics for short-term rental listings
