Role Overview
We’re looking for a Project Manager to lead and coordinate designated aspects of our publishing workflow. If you’re someone who excels in a fast-paced setting, pays meticulous attention to detail, and enjoys guiding teams toward delivering exceptional results, this position could be an excellent fit.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee assigned tasks within the publishing cycle, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
Collaborate with writers, editors, designers, and other team members to maintain workflow efficiency.
Communicate project updates to clients in a clear, professional manner.
Track and manage timelines, deliverables, and milestones to meet established deadlines.
Identify potential challenges and proactively present effective solutions.
Uphold rigorous quality and professionalism standards throughout every stage of the process.
Adhere to existing company systems and protocols (in-house training provided).

Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in project management (preferably in publishing, content creation, or similar sectors).
Native-level English fluency with strong communication skills.
Excellent organizational abilities and capable of juggling multiple projects.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to resolve issues independently.
Client-focused with a professional demeanor.
Strong time-management and problem-solving abilities.
Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely.
