FSQA Coordinator

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Food Safety and Quality Assurance (FSQA) Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards, managing documentation, and supporting various FSQA initiatives. This is a fully remote, work-from-home position that requires night shift availability, as we operate on Central Standard Time (CST).

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor, review, and maintain FSQA-related programs, policies, procedures, and forms.
Support the development and implementation of food safety and quality assurance protocols.
Conduct document reviews, identify discrepancies, and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
Collaborate with account coordinators, compliance coordinators, and other departments to ensure alignment with FSQA requirements.
Assist in the preparation of internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
Track and manage records, reports, and other documentation related to FSQA activities.
Provide guidance and support on FSQA matters to team members and clients.
Stay current on food safety regulations, industry best practices, and emerging trends.

Requirements:
Proven experience in food safety and quality assurance, preferably in a remote work setting.
Strong knowledge of food safety standards, including HACCP, FSSC, and other relevant regulations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in email management, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and client engagements.
Ability to work the night shift (10 pm to 6 am CST) in a fully remote environment.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle work pressure.
Experience with audits and compliance processes is highly preferred.
