Willing to learn and improve
Previous experience in thumbnail design isn’t required. I will teach you exactly how to create engaging thumbnails that drive views.
Responsibilities:
Design 5–10 thumbnails per month based on provided video topics
Use eye-catching visuals, bold text, and facial expressions to enhance clickability
Follow a consistent design style while adapting to different video themes
Salary:
