JOB OVERVIEW

We are a U.S.-based e-commerce business specializing in Marine Safety equipment. As we expand, we need a skilled Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist to optimize our Shopify store, manage paid advertising campaigns, oversee email marketing, and create engaging social media content.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO & Website Optimization (Primary Focus):

- Develop and execute a Shopify SEO strategy, including keyword research, technical SEO, and content optimization.
- Optimize product pages, collections, and blog content to improve search rankings and conversions.
- Conduct SEO audits, monitor site performance, and implement improvements using Google Search Console and Ahrefs.
- Improve site speed, structured data, and mobile usability for better user experience.

Paid Advertising Management (Primary Focus):

- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads to maximize ROAS.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, audience targeting, and landing pages to improve conversions.
- Set up and manage retargeting and lookalike audience campaigns to increase engagement and sales.
- Monitor ad performance, adjust budgets, and refine strategies for better results.

Social Media & Email Marketing (Supportive Role):
- Assist with content planning and scheduling for social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
- Help optimize Klaviyo email marketing campaigns, including automated flows and promotional emails.
- Provide insights and recommendations for engagement strategies across social platforms.

Analytics & Reporting:

Monitor and analyze key performance metrics using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Facebook Pixel.
Provide reports on SEO rankings, ad performance, and website traffic insights.
Use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies.

Qualifications & Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in SEO for Shopify e-commerce stores, with a proven track record of increasing organic traffic and conversions.
- Experience managing Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Meta Ads (PPC) with strong ROAS and conversion results.
- Proficiency in Klaviyo and experience setting up email automation, segmentation, and A/B testing.
- Social media content creation experience (graphics, short-form videos, reels, and captions).
- Strong understanding of keyword research, backlink strategies, and content optimization.
- Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies for e-commerce.
- Proficiency in SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or Screaming Frog.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Knowledge of Canva, or video editing tools is a plus.
- Highly analytical, creative, and detail-oriented.
