Telemarketing Representative

Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products/services.
Qualify leads and identify customer needs.
Schedule appointments for sales representatives.
Maintain accurate records of all calls and customer interactions.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and appointment setting quotas.
Follow scripts and guidelines provided.
Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally.
Represent the company in a positive and professional manner.
Stay up-to-date on product/service knowledge and industry trends.
Qualifications:
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal). Native or near-native fluency is required.
Demonstrable understanding of American culture, including social norms and business etiquette.
Proven ability to build rapport with potential customers over the phone.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain positive and persistent.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software (preferred).
Prior telemarketing or sales experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
