Responsibilities
As the Amazon FBA Specialist - Product Manager, you will be responsible for:
Product Management
Conducting product research to identify high-demand, low-competition products with strong profit margins.
Overseeing the development and launch of new products, including coordinating with suppliers and manufacturers.
Optimizing product listings, including creating high-quality product descriptions, titles, bullet points, and images.
Conducting keyword research to improve search ranking and visibility.
Inventory Management
Managing inventory levels to ensure products remain in stock while minimizing overstocking and storage fees.
Monitoring FBA inventory performance, forecasting demand, and coordinating restocks.
Resolving inbound shipment issues with Amazon and tracking shipments.
Sales & Marketing
Analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Managing PPC campaigns and optimizing ad spend for maximum ROI.
Implementing strategies to increase sales and improve product rankings.
Managing promotions, coupons, and other marketing initiatives to boost conversions.
Operations & Compliance
Ensuring compliance with Amazon’s policies and guidelines for product listings and operations.
Monitoring account health and resolving any issues related to product performance, customer reviews, or policy violations.
Coordinating with customer support to address any customer inquiries or complaints related to Amazon sales.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 2 years managing Amazon FBA accounts or a similar role in e-commerce.
Skills:
Proficient in Amazon Seller Central and its various tools.
Expertise in keyword research tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar software.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Knowledge of Amazon PPC campaign management and optimization.
Familiarity with inventory management tools and forecasting.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred, but not required).
