We are hiring for Video Editor (Performance Ads)
About the Role:
- Tier 1 Clicks is seeking a full-time Video Editor with a strong background in crafting high-converting Meta and YouTube ads (30-60 seconds) for the home services industry (HVAC, plumbing, insulation, etc.). This role is perfect for an experienced editor who understands performance-driven ad content, including the importance of strong hooks, clear calls to action, and dynamic animations that capture attention and drive leads.

Key Responsibilities:
- Edit short-form video ads (30-60 seconds) optimized for Meta and YouTube to maximize engagement and conversions.
- Incorporate motion graphics, animations, and text overlays to enhance ad performance.
- Develop compelling hooks and clear calls to action to improve lead generation.
- Collaborate closely with the creative and marketing teams to create engaging ad creatives tailored to the home services industry.
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high-quality, polished edits with quick turnarounds.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro (mobile editing apps not accepted).
- Full-time availability (Monday–Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM Central Time).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to take direction, implement feedback, and collaborate effectively with a team.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of storytelling in digital advertising.
- Experience editing ads for the home services industry is a strong plus.
