Video Editor & Social Media Producer (Full-Time)
Location: Remote
Hours: ~40 per week
Compensation: $1,000–$2,000/month (USD), Depending on Experience & Skillset
Position Overview
Musical Breathwork is on a mission to reach 1 million audience members by year’s end—and we’re tripling our content output to get there! We need a full-time Video Editor & Social Media Producer who can handle a high volume of editing across multiple platforms (including 1–2 podcast episodes weekly), delivering polished, on-brand content. If you’re excited about producing 44–50 pieces of content per week, pushing creative boundaries in the wellness space, and helping the world become “Mighty,” we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
1. High-Volume Video & Audio Editing
--- Convert raw podcast/interview footage into short-form highlights for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
--- Manage & edit recorded podcast episodes (1–2 per week) for Spotify and Apple Podcasts, adding B-roll, captions, and clear compressed audio.
--- Incorporate captions, graphics, lower-thirds, and branded visuals based on established style guides.
2. Multi-Platform Posting & Management
--- Schedule and publish content on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts (as well as ManyChat or other chat-automation tools).
---Maintain consistent brand voice, utilize hashtags/metadata, and optimize reach.
--- Monitor metrics (views, likes, comments, shares) and provide brief weekly performance updates.
3. Podcast Workflow & Software Tools
--- Use Riverside to manage and organize already-recorded podcast files (no live recording required).

--- Keep files organized and up to date within a project management ecosystem (e.g.,?
4. Growth & Strategy Execution
--- Help triple our current content output (from ~25 to ~50 pieces/week) to reach a 1M audience goal.

--- Collaborate with the CEO (Brooke) to ensure each piece—short-form reel or full-length podcast—aligns with brand values and goals.
5. Team Collaboration & Feedback Loop
--- Communicate regularly with Brooke (CEO) and Dan (COO) regarding deliverables, deadlines, and revisions.
--- Provide WIP (work-in-progress) previews; integrate feedback swiftly.
--- Maintain a positive, solution-oriented approach while juggling multiple assignments.
Required Skills & Experience
Robust Editing Background
--- Proficiency in at least one major editing platform (DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, etc.).
--- Experience editing both short-form (<1 min) and long-form (15–60 min) content.
Platform & Audio Know-How
--- Comfort with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and ManyChat (chat automations).
--- Skilled at audio compression/podcast workflows (BuzzSprout or equivalent).
--- Familiar with Riverside for file management.
High-Volume Workflow
--- Capable of delivering 44–50 pieces of content weekly (including 1–2 podcasts that need editing).
--- Organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in meeting tight deadlines.
Growth-Focused Mindset
--- Understands how to “hook” an audience within seconds.
--- Open to testing multiple formats, sounds, and visuals for maximum engagement.
