Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our growing real estate business. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role involves administrative support, marketing assistance, client communication, and database management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage inbound calls,
Maintain and update the CRM database, ensuring accuracy.
Assist with social media management
Create and schedule marketing
Prepare listing presentations and assist with MLS entry.
Coordinate transaction processes from contract to close.
Provide customer service support, gather feedback, and request reviews.
Assist with real estate marketing materials (Canva or similar tools).
Track leads, appointments, and key performance metrics.
General administrative support (appointment setting, file organization, etc.).
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant (real estate experience preferred).
Strong written and spoken English skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools (Follow Up Boss experience is a plus).
Proficiency in Canva or basic graphic design skills.
Social media management experience.
Ability to work independently and be proactive.
