Office Assistant

Hello, we are a Home Staging Company in Hutto, Texas. We furnish homes before they go on the market to make them look the best, sell faster and for the most money. We are currently a group of 4 people doing what we love and looking to grow our team.

Job Desription:
> Good English skills (written and verbal)
> Typing contracts
> Sending contracts for electronic signature using Docusign
> Updating our inventory managment system with contract and invoice details
> Create invoice(s)
> Communicate with clients to ensure payment is made
> Collections
> Communicate with clients about delivery, pick up times
> Ensure movers have access to properties

Additional Duties could include:
> Email
> Customer Support
> Creating Quotes
> Social Media Posts
> Other various office taks
> You could also help owner with Real Estate documents at some point. She is also a licensed Realtor in Texas.
