About This SMM & Graphic Designer Role:
Here at SRC our primary goal with our audience is to educate them on the discipline of Workforce Management (WFM). Our online presence should reflect this. Our social media should be a healthy balance between designs and CTA (Call To Actions). From a design standpoint our graphics should be Clean, Modern, Edgy and Fun! From a CTA standpoint we should ensure at least 80% of our social post have CTA’s either within the graphic or in the caption.
Because our organization is so dynamic & our service with WFM is such a niche/complex topic it is imperative that our social media presence educates, engages, and entertains all at the same time. This means our designs fun & simple yet while being effective in guiding visitors to DO something.
You are a great fit for this Social Media Manager & Graphic Designer role if:?

You LOVE making things look beautiful.
You are able to Design and displaying complex content in simple but effective ways.
You have experience with managing brands online social media presence
You are able to quickly understand SRC Service offerings & buyer persona(s).
You deliver projects and task on time and with limited revisions required.?
As the Social Media Manager & Graphic Designer you will be responsible for:
Designing Graphics
Working with Leadership on Marketing strategy to create the social media schedule
Working with our video editors on content needs
Monitoring Post Performance
Tracking & Building Social Media Growth
Making Social Media Optimization Recommendations
Gathering content from creative team and creating appropriate captions and working with communication team to proof captions.
Ensuring content is Planned & Organized on Sharepoint or Google Drive
Scheduling content based on active campaign priorities and reviewing for accuracy.
Analyze content results from engagement to CTAs taken
