Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Paid Social Specialist to support our online advertising efforts across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for optimizing ad campaigns, maximizing ROI, and driving traffic to our 25 Uptown Cheapskate and Kid to Kid franchise locations. This is a remote position, and the right candidate must excel in self-management and demonstrate a strong track record in digital advertising.

Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
Develop and implement effective Meta campaigns to enhance online visibility and reach our target audiences.
Monitor advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and reporting on campaign performance.
A/B test messages and creative and share performance insights with the marketing team.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align ad campaigns with overall brand messaging and goals.
Continuously analyze campaign results, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes promptly.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance to stakeholders.
Assist in developing long-term strategies for digital advertising growth.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of proven experience in managing digital advertising campaigns, including Google AdWords, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Meta Campaign Management certification is required.
Creative thinking and the ability to collaborate effectively with design and content teams.
Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
Self-motivated and capable of managing tasks independently.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and ad management platforms.
Prior experience with multi-location or franchise marketing is a plus.

Compensation:

The compensation for this role will be commensurate with experience and expertise. The budget for this role is $Upgrade to see actual infoUSD/month, with an expectation of 4 hours/day of work.
