Job Description:
As a Media Buyer (Facebook Ads Specialist), you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Facebook ad campaigns to achieve our marketing and business goals. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. Your ability to analyze data, test creatives, and manage budgets effectively will be critical to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, launch, and manage Facebook ad campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and bidding strategies.

Conduct audience research and segmentation to identify high-performing target groups.

Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives (images, videos, and copy) that resonate with target audiences.

Monitor campaign performance in real-time, making data-driven adjustments to optimize ROI.

Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, audiences, and placements to identify top-performing combinations.

Analyze campaign data and provide detailed reports on key metrics (e.g., CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS).

Stay up-to-date with Facebook’s advertising policies, tools, and best practices to ensure compliance and maximize results.

Manage monthly ad budgets, ensuring efficient spending and achieving cost-per-acquisition (CPA) goals.

Explore and test new Facebook ad formats, features, and trends to keep campaigns innovative and effective.

Collaborate with other digital marketing channels (e.g., Google Ads, email marketing) to ensure a cohesive strategy.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Media Buyer or Facebook Ads Specialist, with a track record of managing successful campaigns.

In-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Business Manager, and Power Editor.

Strong understanding of Facebook’s advertising ecosystem, including targeting options, bidding strategies, and ad formats.

Proficiency in analyzing campaign performance using tools like Facebook Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.

Experience with A/B testing and data-driven optimization techniques.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Familiarity with other digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Instagram Ads) is a plus.

Certifications in Facebook Blueprint or other relevant digital marketing certifications are a bonus.
