Your Role
? Prospect and engage potential clients via LinkedIn and
? Develop and nurture relationships with decision-makers in e-commerce and digital brands
? Generate and qualify leads, booking discovery calls with our team
? Work closely with our performance team to create tailored pitches
? Test and refine outreach strategies to improve success rates
? Stay ahead of industry trends to position OnSocial as a leading paid media agency
What We’re Looking For
???? Experience in business development or sales, ideally in digital marketing or paid media
???? Strong LinkedIn and
???? Track record of securing high-value clients
???? Confident communicator & relationship builder
???? Self-starter with a proactive mindset—able to manage your own pipeline
???? Familiarity with paid media and performance marketing is a plus
