Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Google Ads Expert to join our digital marketing team. This role is pivotal in planning, executing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Management:
Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and Video channels.
Allocate and manage budgets effectively while ensuring cost-efficient bid management.
Keyword Research & Ad Creation:
Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitive analysis.
Create compelling ad copy and A/B test variations to maximize click-through and conversion rates.
Performance Analysis & Optimization:
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance.
Analyze metrics using Google Analytics and other digital tools to optimize campaigns for improved ROI.
Provide actionable insights and regular performance reports to stakeholders.
Collaboration & Strategy Integration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, design) to align ad strategies with overall digital marketing objectives.
Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
Google Ads Certification is required.
Proficient in Google Analytics and other key digital marketing tools.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with other digital marketing channels (SEO, social media,
Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques and landing page optimization.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
A proven track record of increasing website traffic and conversion rates through effective PPC strategies.
