Data Analyst and Technical Support

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst & Internal Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This role combines data analysis expertise with internal technical support, ensuring our employees and agents have the tools and insights they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

* Act as the primary point of contact for technical issues faced by employees and agents.
* Perform advanced data manipulation and analysis using SQL.
* Integrate data from various sources using RESTful APIs.
* Create and maintain dashboards and visualizations in BI tools like Power BI to support decision-making.
* Conduct data cleaning and transformation to ensure accuracy and usability.
* Identify and interpret trends across datasets, delivering actionable insights to internal stakeholders.
* Troubleshoot and resolve data integration, database, and software-related concerns.
* Assist with onboarding employees and agents to tools and platforms, providing training and guidance as needed.
* Collaborate with internal teams to address technical challenges and improve workflows.
