**Job Description:**

We are seeking a technically proficient Cold Email Outreach Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing cold email campaigns, ensuring high deliverability rates, and managing the technical aspects of email outreach.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Technical Setup and Management:**
- Configure and manage Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) servers or utilize platforms like Instantly.ai for sending cold emails.
- Implement and manage email authentication protocols, including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, to enhance email deliverability.

- **Domain and IP Management:**
- Purchase and set up alternate domains to protect the primary domain's reputation.
- Conduct domain warm-up processes to build sender reputation, gradually increasing email sending volumes.
- Monitor Virtual Private Server (VPS) and IP addresses to identify and address any issues related to IP reputation or blacklisting.

- **Campaign Execution and Monitoring:**
- Develop and implement cold email campaigns, including crafting personalized email content and managing follow-up sequences.
- Utilize email marketing tools to schedule, send, and track emails, ensuring compliance with best practices and regulations.

- **Performance Analysis and Reporting:**
- Analyze key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, bounce rates, and response rates to assess campaign performance.
- Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for optimizing future campaigns.

**Qualifications:**

- **Technical Proficiency:**
- Experience with SMTP server configuration and management.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms like Instantly.ai or similar tools.
- Understanding of email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and their implementation.

- **Experience:**
- Proven experience in executing cold email campaigns with a focus on technical setup and deliverability.
- Experience in domain management, including purchasing, setting up, and warming up domains.

- **Analytical Skills:**
- Ability to analyze campaign performance data and derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools to monitor email deliverability and engagement metrics.

- **Communication Skills:**
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling and personalized email content.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
