What You’ll Do:
Deliver Exceptional Customer Experience – Handle inquiries via email, chat, and social media while maintaining a premium brand voice.
Reduce Churn & Increase Retention – Proactively resolve customer concerns, boost satisfaction, and build brand loyalty.
Upsell & Cross-Sell – Identify opportunities to turn support interactions into sales.
Master Our Products – Learn our client’s offerings inside out to provide expert solutions.
Optimize Customer Support Processes – Improve response times, automate workflows, and analyze customer interactions for insights.
Handle Disputes & Escalations – Manage refund requests, complaints, and chargebacks with professionalism and efficiency.

Requirements (What We’re Looking For)
2+ years of e-commerce customer support experience (Shopify, Amazon, DTC brands preferred).
Flawless English (written & spoken) – You must be a communication pro.
Experience with customer support software like Zendesk, Gorgias, Freshdesk, or HubSpot.
Ability to handle refunds, chargebacks, and customer escalations professionally.
Proven track record in reducing churn & increasing customer retention.
Soft sales skills – Ability to upsell/cross-sell through customer interactions.
Fast-learner with problem-solving skills – You should be able to adapt quickly and provide solutions.
Tech-savvy – You can work with automation tools, AI chatbots, and CRMs.
