Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior React Native Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and building new features for our cross-platform (iOS and Android) mobile application. You'll be working alongside our team of other developers working on the app, web app, and backend. You will collaborate closely with the CEO, CTO, and fellow developers and QA. The company is based in the United States and the platform has been live for 2 years.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize cross-platform mobile application using React Native for both iOS and Android
= Integrate and manage Firebase services (authentication, notifications, analytics, etc.)
- Collaborate with other developers to implement new features and refine existing functionalities
- Write clean, reusable, and efficient code while following best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Ensure the performance, quality, responsiveness, and smooth deployments of the apps

Must-Haves
- Extensive React Native experience
- Proven track record of developing and deploying React Native apps for both iOS and Android
- Deep understanding of React Native frameworks, libraries, and tools
- Deep understanding of deploying apps to the App Store
- Deep understanding of deploying apps to the Google Play Store
- Experience working in the Apple Developer Console & Testflight
- Experience working in the Google Play Console & Internal Releases + building APKs
- Strong Work Ethic & Responsiveness
- Ability to respond promptly to questions and requests from the CEO, CTO, and other team members during your shift (Your shift will be day time PHT)
- Reliability in meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work
- Proficient English Communication Skills
- Familiarity with TypeScript in a React Native environment
- Version Control and Collaboration (GitHub)
- Ability to test your code in emulators before pushing to test environments


Nice-to-Haves
- Experience writing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests
- Backend Experience with either Node.js and/or .NET
- Ability to create and maintain API endpoints in Node.js
- DevOps & CI/CD
- Google Cloud Platform experience
- Familiarity with relational database concepts and schema design.
- Ability to write and optimize complex SQL queries
- Expertise in profiling and optimizing React Native apps for performance and battery usage
- UI/UX Skills
