Real Estate Cold Caller (C2 English Required)

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Cold Caller to join our team! Your primary responsibility will be to call real estate leads, determine if they are interested in selling, and set up appointments for our acquisitions team.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound cold calls to real estate leads daily (6-hour shifts)

Engage with homeowners to determine interest in selling their property
Qualify leads and set up appointments for the acquisitions team
Follow a provided script while maintaining a natural and engaging conversation
Accurately log call details

Requirements:

C2 level English proficiency (Fluent, clear communication required)
Experience in cold calling (Real estate cold calling preferred)
Familiarity with BatchLeads (Preferred, but not required)
Strong communication skills

Ability to handle objections and build rapport quickly
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Must work U.S Eastern Standard time (12pm to 6pm est)
