Real Estate Setter/Lead Generator/Virtual Assistant - HIGH BONUS POTENTIAL

I'm Tom and it's a pleasure to meet you.

My business partner and I are looking for a star lead generator and all round VA for our UK property sales business.

The right candidate will have experience in generating leads/setting appointments, be entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and performance driven.

Our ideal client persona we would want you to find is:

- Interested in investing in property
- Ideally some kind of ties to the UK (we find UK expats earning high incomes are the highest % close, though this isn't necessary and can accept business from anyone)
- Has at least £70,000 of cash to invest

For every client that you bring us, you will receive a bonus of USD $1,000. We have a close rate of around 30% from booked meetings to clients, so you can do the math, this has extremely high earnings potential for the right individual!

To be clear, it will be completely up to you how you generate these leads and manage your time, so this is right for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Alongside the lead generation, we also have daily admin tasks that will need doing, including managing linkedin accounts and replying to emails, so good organisational skills are a benefit, and you will be paid 5 USD per hour for these tasks.
If you are an incredible lead generator and don't want to do the admin tasks, that is ok just let me know and we can separate the roles.
