Aircon Technician

About the role
ELECTROKONSTRUCT CONSTRUCTION & ENGINEERING MAINTENANCE' is seeking an experienced and skilled Aircon Technician to join our team in Antipolo City Rizal. As a full-time Aircon Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning and refrigeration systems for our commercial and residential clients.
What you'll be doing
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with air conditioning and refrigeration systems
• Performing scheduled maintenance on HVAC equipment
• Installing new air conditioning units
• Repairing and replacing faulty components
• Maintaining accurate records of work performed
• Providing excellent customer service to clients
• Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations

What we're looking for
• 2+ years of experience as an Aircon Technician or in a similar role
• At least with NC II or NC III is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license (not necessary) but is an advantage
