Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
Oversee and streamline daily operational activities to improve efficiency and productivity.
Monitor and manage inventory, procurement, and supply chain operations.
Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance workflow.
Assist in implementing and optimizing business processes.
Administrative & Support Functions:
Maintain records, reports, and operational documentation.
Support HR functions such as onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee scheduling.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management:
Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
Negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of goods/services.
Assist in budget planning and cost control measures.
Compliance & Quality Control:
Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
Monitor quality control and suggest improvements to enhance service delivery.
Technology & Data Management:
Utilize software tools (e.g., ERP, CRM, project management software) to track and optimize operations.
Generate reports and insights to support business decision-making.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience: 1+ years in operations, administration, logistics, or a related role.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and operations software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
