???? Job Description
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated PWA Developer to build and refine Progressive Web Apps (PWAs) from the ground up. You’ll have the flexibility to develop using React.js (or Next.js) and Node.js while collaborating closely with the founder.

As the first developer on the team, you’ll have the opportunity to grow, lead, and take charge of future projects as we scale. If you’re passionate about web apps that feel like mobile apps and want a long-term career opportunity, we’d love to hear from you!

???? Responsibilities
? Develop and optimize Progressive Web Apps (PWAs) using React.js (or Next.js).
? Implement Service Workers for offline access and caching.
? Develop APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
? Manage offline storage with IndexedDB or Firebase.
? Ensure fast loading speeds & responsive design using CSS frameworks like Tailwind or Material UI.
? Set up Web Push Notifications to engage users.
? Take ownership of projects with the potential to lead future hires as the team grows.

???? Required Technical Skills & Experience
To qualify for this role, you should have at least 1 year of experience in:
? React.js (or Next.js) – Frontend framework for PWA development
? Node.js + Express.js – Backend development & API creation
? Service Workers & Web App Manifest – For offline functionality & app-like experience
? Database management – Firebase or MongoDB (for storing app data)
? Web Push Notifications (Web Push API) – Enabling real-time notifications

? Creative & problem-solving oriented – Able to think critically and find innovative solutions.
? Detail-oriented – Writes clean and efficient code while keeping user experience in mind.

???? Work Schedule & Holidays
???? 4 hours per day – Some projects may require specific working hours, but otherwise, the schedule is flexible until further notice.
???? Remote position – Work from anywhere.
???? Paid time off – 3 vacation leaves and 3 sick leaves after a 6-month probation period.
???? Holidays observed – We honor most Filipino holidays except for All Saints’ Day and All Souls’ Day.

???? Salary & Growth Potential
???? Salary Progression Plan:

Month 1-2: $500 (probationary period & early development)
Month 3-4: $600 (if satisfactory performance, first projects nearing completion)
Month 5-6: $700 (proven consistency, multiple projects completed)
Month 7+: $800 (if performance continues to excel)
Beyond: $800+ percentage of sales (additional incentives for successful app launches)
