Role Overview

We’re looking for a Cold Email Marketing Specialist to help us book more podcast appearances, build relationships with small-to-mid-sized content creators (2,000 - 30,000 subscribers), and secure content collaborations that drive audience growth and brand authority. You will be responsible for identifying potential partners, conducting outreach via email, and helping close collaboration opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Research and identify content creators, podcasters, and industry influencers in adjacent niches.
Craft and send personalized cold emails to invite creators to collaborate, join our podcast, or have us on theirs.
Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication to nurture relationships.
Track outreach efforts, responses, and success rates using CRM or spreadsheet tracking.
Work closely with our team to align outreach efforts with brand messaging and partnership goals.
A/B test subject lines and messaging to optimize email performance.
Report weekly on outreach results and booked collaborations.

Requirements

Proven experience in cold email outreach, sales, or partnership development.
Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling email pitches.
Familiarity with podcasting, content creation, and influencer marketing.
Self-motivated with excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
Experience using email automation tools and CRM software is a plus.
