Job Overview

We are looking for a full-time Social Media & Content Creator to manage our brand’s digital presence, create high-engagement reels & short-form content, and handle general social media and virtual assistant tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in video editing, social media growth strategies, and content creation that drives engagement and leads.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management & Growth

Manage and schedule daily posts on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok.

Grow engagement through hashtags, trends, and community engagement.

Monitor and respond to comments/messages to increase brand interaction.

Develop a content calendar to maintain a consistent posting schedule.

2. Video Editing & Content Creation

Edit reels, shorts, and viral content using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, or Final Cut Pro.

Add captions, effects, animations, and engaging hooks to maximize watch time.

Research and implement trending sounds, memes, and viral strategies.

Optimize video format for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Videos, and TikTok.

3. Content Strategy & Creativity

Brainstorm viral content ideas based on industry trends and competitor research.

Use AI tools and analytics to track performance and optimize future content.

Repurpose long-form videos into bite-sized, high-retention clips.

Write engaging captions, descriptions, and hashtags to maximize reach.

4. Virtual Assistance & Additional Social Media Tasks

Assist with email outreach, influencer collaborations, and content planning.

Perform basic graphic design for social media posts.

Research industry trends and keep up-to-date with social media algorithm changes.

Key Qualifications

? Proven experience in social media management & video editing.? Ability to create engaging reels, shorts, and viral video content.? Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok algorithms.? Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, or similar editing tools.? Strong copywriting skills for captions, hashtags, and post descriptions.? Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop is a plus).? Ability to multi-task and assist with virtual administrative tasks.? Creative, trend-savvy, and able to think outside the box.

Compensation & Benefits
