JOB OVERVIEW

our Role
We need a Virtual Assistant with deep e-commerce expertise to drive product innovation and execute high-converting marketing strategies. You’ll collaborate with our team to brainstorm, launch, and optimize products that stand out in competitive markets

Key Responsibilities
* Product Ideation: Research trends, identify gaps in the market, and pitch creative product ideas aligned with Zindle’s brand.
* Shopify Mastery: Manage product listings, optimize store design, and troubleshoot plugins/apps (e.g., Oberlo, Printful).
* Klaviyo Campaigns: Build and refine email/SMS flows (abandoned carts, post-purchase nurture sequences) to boost retention and CLTV.
* Creative Marketing: Collaborate on social media ads, influencer partnerships, and UGC campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
* Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs (ROAS, conversion rates, AOV) and propose data-backed optimizations.

Qualifications
* Required:
* 2+ years of experience in e-commerce (agency, brand, or DTC company).
* Proficiency in Shopify (backend management, plugins) and Klaviyo (email automation, segmentation).
* Proven track record of contributing to product launches or creative marketing campaigns.
* Strong analytical skills with tools like Google Analytics or Shopify Reports.
* Bonus Skills:
* Experience with Facebook/Instagram Ads or TikTok Shops.
* Basic graphic design (Canva, Photoshop) or copywriting skills.
