Your Key Responsibilities
Comping Properties: Analyze real estate market data to determine accurate property values based on comparable sales.
Data Research & Entry: Pull and organize property data from MLS, PropStream, Zillow, and other platforms; Conduct market research, utilizing AI-powered tools to identify relevant data points
Market Analysis: Identify trends, potential deals, and ARVs (After Repair Values) to help our acquisitions team make data-backed decisions; Analyze comparable properties and identify trends, leveraging insights from AI-powered tools
Reporting: Provide clear and concise property analysis reports that guide purchasing decisions.

What You Bring to the Table
Experience comping properties using MLS, Zillow, PropStream, BatchLeads, or similar tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of accuracy in data interpretation and analysis.
Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-moving real estate environment.
Familiarity with real estate wholesaling, fix & flip, or buy-and-hold investment strategies is a plus.
Reliable internet connection and ability to work 10 AM – 7 PM EST.
Experience with AI-powered property valuation tools
Experience with or interest in learning about predictive modeling techniques for property valuation is a plus

Location: Remote
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 10 AM – 7 PM EST
Pay: $3 - $6 per hour
