About the Role:
We’re looking for a highly technical specialist to manage and optimize email marketing, CRM automation, and backend web systems. You’ll work with tools like Keap, GoHighLevel (GHL), Zapier, ActiveCampaign, and Smartlead while handling backend tasks like DNS management, hosting, and automation troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

Email Marketing & Automation: Build, manage, and optimize email sequences, newsletters, and CRM tagging.
CRM & Marketing Automation: Set up workflows, sales pipelines, and integrations using Keap, GHL, and Zapier.
System Audits & Optimization: Improve deliverability, tracking, and workflow efficiency.
Backend Web Infrastructure: Manage domains, hosting, and security configurations.
Technical Troubleshooting: Fix automation issues, CRM errors, and API bugs.
What We’re Looking For:
3-5 years of experience in email marketing, automation, CRM management, or web infrastructure.
Expertise in Keap, GoHighLevel (GHL), Zapier, ActiveCampaign, and Smartlead.
Strong knowledge of email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and list optimization.
Experience with DNS management, hosting, and web integrations.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
