Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving inquiries efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

- Responding to customer service tickets within 24 hours to maintain fast and reliable support.
- Handling returns and warranty claims, finding solutions that ensure customer happiness.
- Providing expert advice on our products and assisting customers in making the best purchasing decisions.
- Creating offers and manual orders for business inquiries to actively convert leads into sales.
- Initiating investigation requests and complaints with our shipping carriers.
- Handling PayPal, Shopify, and Amazon A-Z disputes to achieve favorable resolutions.
- Keeping the internal knowledge base up to date and expanding it to improve workflow.
- Creating new templates and macros in Zendesk for frequently occurring cases.
- Tracking and analyzing the reasons for customer complaints.
- Analyzing chatbot performance and suggesting knowledge base improvements.


Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Support Agent with us, you should possess the following qualifications and traits:

Experience Level: Mid-Level

- At least 2 years of experience in online customer service (phone support not required).
- Proficient in CRM software, particularly Zendesk.
- Strong understanding for customer satisfaction and communication.
- Confidence in independently handling customer inquiries and resolving issues.
- Experienced with ChatGPT for translation and problem-solving.
- Skilled in backend systems (Amazon Seller Central, Shopify).
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
- Experienced using using tools like Slack and ClickUp to work with the team

- C1+ proficiency in English; German proficiency is a plus
