We are a growing e-commerce business and we are looking for a skilled Virtual Assistant to support our team. As we expand, we need assistance with various backend operations.

Job Description:
* Create product pages using AI tool and sort it in Shopify.
* Create product pages in Shopify.
* Design Pinterest creatives in Canva Pro.
* Create Pins on Pinterest.
* Upload campaigns on Pinterest.
* Optimization of the productpages
* Video editing using CapCut
* Weekly team call
* Work for 20 hours a week (flexible, "done is done" policy).

Requirements:
- Proficient in English
- Be a Teamplayer
- Bring a positive attitude and a growing mindset!
- Experience in Shopify and creating product pages
- Willingness to learn Canva and video editing.
- Willingness to learn how to create ads / shorts with CapCut
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate.
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box.
- Open to sharing your opinions and feedback.
- Handle feedback, as e-commerce is fast-paced and feedback is frequent.
- Be able to work in a fast changing company, what works today might not work tomorrow.

- Competitive salary, based on experience and retention:
Stage 1: 0-3 months: $173 USD / 10,000 Pesos (fee-free).
Stage 2: 3-6 months: $173 USD + 5% retention bonus = $182 USD / 10,500 Pesos (fee-free)
Stage 3: 6-12 months: $182 USD + 10% retention bonus = $200 USD / 11,600 Pesos (fee-free).

- Performance based compensation: additional bonus can be earned when you hit your targets. If we hit our profit targets, we will make sure everyone gets a cash bonus on top of the base salary.
