Medical & Dental Biller – Virtual Assistant

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience in medical and dental billing
Proficiency in billing software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, or similar)
Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and CDT codes
Experience with insurance portals, claim submission, and EOB reconciliation
Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance and medical/dental insurance policies
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance billing
Knowledge of dental treatment planning and patient financing options
Prior experience working remotely as a medical/dental billing VA
