Remote Video Editor for Real Estate & Brand Content

We are looking for a skilled, self-motivated video editor to join our team remotely. This role focuses on real estate video editing, but we also create brand content and social media videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts). If you can handle 4K footage, color grading, smooth transitions, and sound design (SFX), we want to hear from you!

???? Requirements:
? Real estate video editing experience (smooth pacing, stabilization, proper music selection)
? Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects is a plus)
? Color grading, LUT application, and smooth transitions
? Sound design (SFX, noise removal, music selection)
? Ability to edit both horizontal & vertical formats
? Fast internet & powerful computer (must handle 4K, 10-bit 4:2:2 footage)
? Self-starter—able to take raw footage and craft high-quality edits with minimal supervision
? Dropbox experience (for file transfers)

???? Nice-to-Have Skills:
???? Experience editing Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts
???? Motion graphics (light animation, text overlays)
???? Social media content creation
