Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled, self-motivated Video Editor with proven real estate editing experience to join our team remotely.

While most projects are real estate-focused, we also create brand content and social media videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts). If you have a strong eye for detail, can handle 4K footage, are proficient in color grading, and excel at sound design, we want to hear from you!

Mandatory Requirements
Real Estate Video Editing Experience

Demonstrable portfolio showcasing real estate property tours, listing videos, or similar projects
Smooth pacing, stabilization, and appropriate music selection
Software & Technical Skills

Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects is a plus)
Color grading, LUT application, and polished transitions
Sound design (SFX, noise removal, music selection)
Technical Setup

Ability to edit both horizontal & vertical formats
Fast internet & a powerful computer (must reliably handle 4K, 10-bit 4:2:2 footage)
Familiarity with Dropbox for file transfers
Work Ethic & Initiative

Self-starter—capable of taking raw footage and crafting high-quality edits with minimal supervision
Quick turnaround (24-48 hours for real estate videos)
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience editing short-form content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts)
Motion graphics (light animation, text overlays)
Social media content creation experience


Compensation & Work Details
Project-based to start; potential transition to full-time for the right candidate
Remote position (Philippines-based)
Competitive rates, commensurate with experience and speed
