Dispatcher - Bilingual

We are looking to hire a full time Dispatcher - Bilingual!

FOR DISPATCHER
• Can communicate in Spanish fluently.
• At least 3 to 5 years BPO experience in customer service and email Support
• Knowledgeable in Outlook and Microsoft Office
• Comfortable on handling inbound and outbound calls
• Expected to have excellent verbal and written English.
• With Logistics experience
• Problem solving skills; detail oriented; comfortable on multi-tasking.

System Requirements
• Must have 10mbps and up for main internet connection.
• Intel core i3 or higher with at least 4 GIG of RAM
• Backup laptop/PC and Back up Internet at least 5mbps or higher
• Two monitors required
• Noise Cancelling headset
• Must be working for home and has a quiet workspace
