We're seeking an experienced Appointment Setter to join our remote team and help connect with warm leads from our growing Instagram pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with potential clients via Instagram DMs
• Qualify leads through strategic conversations
• Book discovery and strategy calls for our sales team
• Follow up systematically to ensure high call attendance
• Maintain detailed records of lead interactions
• Handle common objections professionally
• Re-engage dormant leads effectively
Required Qualifications:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Previous appointment setting or sales experience
• Strong understanding of social media, especially Instagram
• Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities
• Experience handling objections and qualifying leads
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Familiarity with CRM tools (preferred but not required).
Work Schedule:
• Flexible hours with availability to work during UK business hours (GMT)
• Part-time or full-time depending on your availability and performance
