JOB OVERVIEW

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize KvCORE CRM, including importing leads, setting up campaigns, and automating follow-ups
Generate new real estate leads through social media, email marketing, and online advertising
Engage with potential clients through calls, emails, and text messages to qualify and nurture leads
Set up and manage lead generation funnels using KvCORE tools
Monitor and analyze lead performance, providing reports and insights
Assist with social media posting, ad management, and content creation to attract new leads
Coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and reminders for agents
Research property listings, market trends, and competitors to support sales efforts
Provide general administrative support, including email management and data entry

Qualifications & Skills:
Experience as a real estate virtual assistant or lead generation specialist
Proficiency in KvCORE CRM (lead management, campaigns, and automation)
Strong understanding of real estate lead generation techniques (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, email marketing, etc.)
Excellent communication and follow-up skills
Familiarity with real estate industry terms and processes
Experience with cold calling, text messaging, and email drip campaigns
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRMs, spreadsheets, and online marketing tools

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with real estate agents, brokerages, or real estate investors
Knowledge of MLS systems, real estate listing platforms, and market research tools
Graphic design or social media management experience is a plus
