What You’ll Do:
? Content Creation – Develop engaging posts, captions, graphics, and videos across various platforms
? Client Communication – Regularly check in with clients via SMS,
? Boosting & Ads – Manage boosted posts and assist with paid ad campaigns to increase reach and engagement.
? Scheduling & Management – Plan and schedule content using social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Later, or similar).
? Engagement & Community Management – Respond to comments, messages, and interact with followers to build brand loyalty.
? Analytics & Reporting – Track performance, analyze data, and optimize content for better results.
? Ascending Clients – Offering tailored strategies to customers to cross / upsell them to other services that will benefit their business.
Who You Are:
???? Fluent in English
???? Experienced in social media management (at least 2 years preferred).
???? Skilled in Canva designs for Carousels, animated content and static content
???? Knowledgeable in social media trends, engagement strategies, and algorithms.
???? Comfortable with paid promotions and boosting content.
???? Strong communicator with excellent English skills.
???? Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple clients/accounts.
