We’re looking for a talented and detail-oriented Script Outliner to help create high-quality, engaging, and research-backed video outlines for our YouTube channel. Your role will be to structure compelling scripts that hook viewers, maintain engagement, and keep them watching until the end while ensuring originality and accuracy.

Responsibilities:

Research and develop structured outlines for 30 YouTube videos per month.

Craft engaging hooks, seamless transitions, and strong calls to action (CTAs).

Provide real-world examples, case studies, and statistics to support key points.

Suggest relevant B-roll, visuals, and pattern interrupts to enhance engagement.

Ensure the scripts are optimized for audience retention and storytelling.

Use only verified and up-to-date sources for research.

NO copying from other YouTube videos – research must be original and diverse.

NO AI-generated writing – all content must be manually written and well-researched.

Include links to sources and citations for any statistics or factual claims.

Integrate calls to action throughout the script (e.g., "Subscribe to the channel," "Share this video with a friend," "Comment below if...").

Incorporate dry humor where appropriate to keep the content engaging and entertaining.
