JOB OVERVIEW

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to assist with content creation, social media management, and aHrefs.com management, & digital marketing tasks. This role involves creating, scheduling, and managing organic social media posts, setting up and optimizing content on Mixo.io, developing content calendars, crafting engaging email campaigns, and distributing content across multiple digital platforms.

Responsibilities:
Social Media Management
Create and schedule engaging organic social media posts across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok.
Develop and execute content calendars to ensure consistent posting and engagement.
Research trending topics, hashtags, and industry news to optimize content performance.
Monitor and engage with audience comments, messages, and interactions.
Analyze social media performance and provide insights for improvements.

Content Creation & Website Management
Utilize Mixo.io to create, format, and optimize website content.
Generate blog articles, landing page copy, and other digital content as needed.
Ensure all content aligns with brand messaging, tone, and SEO best practices.


Email
Marketing
Design and write engaging email campaigns for outreach, newsletters, and promotions.
Manage email lists, segment audiences, and track performance analytics.
Work within email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo) to schedule and automate campaigns.

General Digital Marketing Support
Assist in creating graphics, visuals, and video content for digital platforms (using Canva or similar tools).
Research and stay updated on best practices in organic social media, content marketing, and email engagement.
Organize digital assets and maintain content libraries.
Repurpose content across multiple formats and platforms for maximum exposure.

Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
Familiarity with Mixo.io, Canva, and scheduling tools like Buffer, Later, or Hootsuite.
Basic knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and content strategy.
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Ability to analyze social media and email performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
Preferred (Bonus) Skills:
Experience with AI-based content tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, or Copy.ai.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and performance reporting.
Basic design/video editing skills (Adobe, CapCut, etc.).
Job Type:
Part-time or Full-time (depending on workload and availability).
Fully Remote.
