What You'll Do

- Own content strategy from keyword research to execution.
- Drive our link-building (guest posting, HARO, etc) initiatives, focusing on securing placements that move the needle.
- Develop and implement technical SEO improvements
- Create articles and page content with AI while applying expert editing to ensure clarity, engagement, and SEO effectiveness.
- In your video, tell us who your favorite superhero is
- Create SOPs to streamline content production, SEO processes, and link-building efforts.
- Collaborate directly with the company's founder to shape and execute our organic growth roadmap for our clients.
- Manage and mentor writers to maintain high-quality output.


What We’re Looking For

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in SEO content creation and link building using guest blogging and outreach with a proven track record. Show us guest posts you secured that made an impact.
- AI-curious. You use AI to scale, not to replace expertise
- Experience with modern SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Surfer SEO) and AI content platforms


Extra credit knowledge

Local SEO knowledge (bonus) ? Experience in winning Local SEO & Map Pack rankings is a plus
Experience with Google Ads and/or Facebook Ads
