Looking for social media manager for telecom company in the travel industry.

I am seeking a talented and highly motivated Social Media Manager to join our Growth team and shape the strategy of our social media ecosystem. Working very closely with the rest the team, you'll be leading the Social Media content.

You will be responsible for guiding the strategy and development of our entire social media ecosystem with the goal of raising brand awareness, driving user engagement and boosting conversions.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Own the development and oversight of a strategic, multi-channel global social media marketing plan that not only contributes to the overall growth of our business but also fosters love for our brand.

Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute an effective social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. This includes the development and management of social and editorial calendars.

Content: Develop a wide range of content forms to best utilize the platforms and technology available to us, including videos, text or animation, live action, open mic, and other content forms that best help us cultivate community.

Performance Analysis and Reporting: Integrate and measure the value of social media progress, optimizing content types and channel strategies based on data, while analyzing performance and KPIs/metrics for the channel

*Potentially* manage a team of Social Media Specialists in the future and hiring new team members.

Ensure compliance with local laws, including copyright and data protection, and build relationships with internal teams, agencies, and platforms for innovative campaigns.

Stay Up-to-Date: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging influencers, and new platforms to continuously adapt and enhance our influencer marketing strategies.

We would need someone who can create engaging content across all social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest.

Must Haves:
Approx. 3 years of experience in social media and creative development, experience in the travel industry is preferred.

Previous management and hiring experience, with a great leadership style and very people-oriented, who will be able to motivate a team of talented professionals.

Professional level of English, impeccable verbal and written communication skills.

Extensive experience in brand management, content, influencers marketing and market insight with an in-depth understanding of the social and digital space.

Excellent knowledge of Instagram/Facebook, TikTok, Youtube, Twitter, Telegram, Linkedin, Snapchat (and other eventual emerging social media) and abreast of social media best practices, and regional, and global trends.

Owning a project that is not strictly part of your job description excites you and you take it as an opportunity to learn something new.

Good time management with an eye for perfection & a strong operational background.

Nice to have:

Experience working on international brands

Experience working on cross-functional teams in an agile environment

Knowledge of eSIM and GSMA-related technologies and services

Skilled in leveraging AI-driven social media analytics platforms like Hootsuite or Sprout Social for sentiment analysis, trend identification, and personalized content strategies based on predictive analytics.
