About the Role
We're seeking a talented Short-Form Content Editor who understands the natural, authentic feel of social media content. This role focuses on creating engaging vertical video content that resonates across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

Key Responsibilities

Create and edit 7 short-form videos per week
Maintain a native, authentic feel consistent with mobile-first content
Edit content to match platform-specific best practices
Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and style guidelines
Meet consistent delivery deadlines
Optimize content for maximum engagement

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
Strong understanding of current social media trends and best practices
Proficiency in mobile video editing tools
Excellent eye for engaging, scroll-stopping content
Strong time management skills to maintain consistent output
Native-level English proficiency

Technical Requirements

Access to reliable internet connection
iPhone smartphone for content creation
Familiarity with mobile editing apps
Basic knowledge of desktop editing software is a plus

Output Expectations

7 reels/short-form videos per week
Content should maintain an authentic, native platform feel
Focus on mobile-first, naturally edited content rather than heavily produced videos
Quick turnaround times to maintain content relevance
