We are seeking an experienced App Development Manager to lead the design, implementation, and management of our exclusive business networking application. This platform is built to facilitate structured referrals, track business opportunities, automate AI-driven engagement strategies, and ensure compliance with data security and legal requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mobile and web app development, AI automation, user engagement strategies, and referral-based business models. They will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and marketing teams to ensure the seamless functionality, security, and growth of the platform.

???? Key Responsibilities
???? Product Development & Technical Leadership
Oversee the end-to-end development of the Business Networking & Referral App (from concept to launch).
Manage third-party developers, designers, and AI engineers to ensure the app meets business objectives.
Implement AI-driven automation for referral tracking, user engagement, and fraud detection.
Ensure seamless Facebook API integration (or a suitable alternative) for referral tracking.
Establish robust security features (Geo-Restricted Logins, Multi-Factor Authentication, Data Privacy).
Develop push notification & alert systems for engagement tracking, referrals, and compliance updates.
Continuously optimize the user experience (UX/UI) and app performance.

???? Business & Member Management
Work with Admins & Leadership to ensure the app is fully aligned with the business networking model.
Develop engagement strategies to increase referral participation and closed business success rates.
Implement leaderboards, badges, and gamification to encourage healthy participation.
Monitor membership activity and retention metrics to refine networking strategies.

???? AI & Automation Implementation
Leverage AI-based analytics to track referral patterns, engagement drops, and industry trends.
Develop custom AI-powered business insights to increase referral success rates.
Implement fraud detection AI to flag suspicious referrals, duplicate logins, or fake data entries.

???? Compliance & Security
Ensure FTC compliance for referral claims (members cannot make false endorsements).
Implement legal agreements, confidentiality clauses, and timestamped acknowledgments.
Enforce data retention policies and establish audit logs for Admin activity.
Restrict unauthorized screenshots, data exports, and referral tracking manipulation.

???? Reporting & Admin Controls
Design and maintain an Admin Dashboard with real-time referral data, engagement reports, and analytics.
Provide weekly/monthly performance insights for Admins & Leadership.
Create a system for dispute resolution and enforce progressive disciplinary actions for violations.

???? Key Skills & Requirements

? Technical Skills:
Experience in app development (iOS & Android) using Flutter, React Native, or Swift/Kotlin.
Strong background in backend systems (Node.js, Firebase, AWS, or similar cloud platforms).
AI/ML knowledge for predictive engagement models & referral tracking optimizations.
Experience with API integration (Facebook, Google, Stripe for payments, etc.).
Expertise in security protocols, authentication (2FA), and fraud detection.

? Business & Strategy:
Strong understanding of referral-based business models and B2B networking.
Ability to analyze business data and optimize strategies for referrals, engagement, and growth.
Leadership skills to manage remote developers & cross-functional teams.

? Compliance & Legal Awareness:
Familiarity with data privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA) and referral disclosure laws (FTC compliance).
Experience in terms & conditions enforcement, data retention policies, and legal risk mitigation.

5+ years of experience in app development, AI automation, or SaaS product management.
