ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Product Research & Listing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying profitable products, creating optimized listings, and managing inventory. Your ability to analyze market trends and create compelling product listings will play a key role in our growth.
This is a full-time, remote position ideal for an experienced e-commerce professional with a strong background in product research and listing for eBay, Amazon, or similar platforms.

WHO SHOULD APPLY?
This role is perfect for someone who:
- Has at least 1 year of experience in product research and listing (eBay, Amazon, or other e-commerce platforms).
- Has at least 6 months of experience using an eBay Seller Account.
- Is tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new tools and systems.
- Has experience sourcing products from 1688, AliExpress, or similar supplier platforms.
- Has basic graphic design/editing skills to enhance product listings.
- Can work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Is flexible and open to working weekends and overtime if needed.
- Can maintain confidentiality and handle company data responsibly.
- Is proactive, creative, and not afraid to share ideas for improving processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Product Research & Competitor Analysis
Research and identify profitable products based on market trends.
Conduct competitor analysis to ensure competitive pricing and positioning.
Suggest new products based on research findings.

2. PRODUCT LISTING OPTIMIZATION
Create high-quality, SEO-optimized listings with engaging product descriptions.
Write compelling product titles to maximize searchability.
Source and edit high-resolution images for listings.
Periodically update and optimize existing listings to maintain competitiveness.

3. INVENTORY & ORDER MANAGEMENT
Manage inventory levels, forecast demand, and place stock orders with suppliers.
Ensure timely fulfillment of orders and communicate with suppliers as needed.
Monitor KPI metrics to ensure sales goals are met.
